Meet Loulou Bekele:
Loulou Bekele is the Founder and CEO of Mission4Mission, a woman-owned staffing and professional services firm built on a deeply personal belief: behind every requirement is a person, a mission, and a real consequence.
Her experience spans federal program support, recruiting, credentialing, contractor onboarding, compliance documentation, and workforce planning. While supporting the Defense Health Agency’s BRAVE program, Loulou helped recruit and credential behavioral-health professionals serving America’s military community. That work reinforced something she had understood personally for years—mission success is ultimately measured by the people whose lives are affected.
Loulou founded Mission4Mission to bring a more human, accountable, and transparent approach to government contracting. She works closely with agencies and prime contractors to provide skilled professionals across IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and professional services—combining responsive delivery with founder-led accountability.
